Caregiver Collaboration

My parent training starts with “caring for the caregiver.” Early relationships lay the foundation for a child’s development, and when a parent’s mental health needs go unsupported, it can strain those relationships and the systems around them. I combine clinical expertise with practical, parent-friendly strategies and resources that fit into real life. Together, we’ll work to boost your child’s skills, lower stress, and make every day routines feel more manageable.

Direct Therapy

Some children need that extra "1:1" Time and a structured approach to teaching. My therapeutic approach blends structure with play to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. I use verbal behavior strategies and positive, strengths-based techniques to encourage communication and support ongoing skill development.

Supervision for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA Trainees

My supervision approach blends clinical expertise with reflective practice. I use reflective discussion of your coursework and clinical practice to explore practical strategies that deepen your knowledge, strengthen your skills, and support you with building ethical and professional practices when working with young children and their families. Supervision is conducted in accordance with the current BACB Ethics Code and supervision requirements.

What Families and Professionals Have to Say

“Stephanie is magical! My daughter looks forward to working with her every week. She has taught me skills and self-confidence in my parenting!”

“Stephanie’s workshops should be required for all early intervention agencies. She is a wealth of knowledge and offers practical, turn-key strategies.”

"Stephanie did in an hour and a half what would take my school district 2 days to cover! She is enthusiastic, honest, and has real-world experience. This information is so valuable and important.”

“More! More! More! Absolutely nothing I would change about this training. Stephanie is well organized and genuinely cares about children, families, and the professionals who support them. Early educators need more support like this.”
